These terms govern your use of the Custom Calendar Background browser extension (“the extension”), its Pro features and this website. By installing or using the extension you agree to them.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension as distributed through the Chrome Web Store. The extension is proprietary software: you may not copy, modify, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer or bypass its licensing or payment features. The full license is included with the extension.
2. Free and Pro plans
- The free plan is available at no cost and may change over time.
- Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown on our pricing section and at checkout.
- Free trial: each Google account can start one free 7-day Pro trial. No payment details are needed, and it ends automatically.
- Pro is linked to the email address you sign in with and can be used on any computer where you sign in with that account.
3. Payments and renewals
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, taxes and invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from “Manage subscription”; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. “Lifetime” means for as long as we offer and maintain the extension.

5. Acceptable use
Only upload images you have the right to use. Don’t use the extension for anything unlawful or to interfere with Google Calendar or other services.
6. Third-party services
The extension works with Google Calendar, which is operated by Google LLC under its own terms. Google may change Calendar at any time; we’ll work to keep the extension compatible but can’t guarantee uninterrupted compatibility. Custom Calendar Background is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
7. Disclaimer
The extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and notify Pro users of material changes. We may suspend access for violations of these terms. You can stop using the extension at any time by removing it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
