14-day money-back guarantee. If Custom Calendar Background Pro isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@customcalendarbackground.com from the address you paid with (or include your order number).
  2. We’ll process the refund through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 2 business days.
  3. The money returns to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

What’s covered

  • Monthly and yearly subscriptions: the first payment and any renewal, if you ask within 14 days of that charge.
  • Lifetime: within 14 days of purchase.

After a refund, Pro is turned off for that purchase. You can keep using the free plan.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Cancel any time from “Manage subscription” in the extension settings.

Free trial

The 7-day trial is free and requires no payment details, so there’s nothing to cancel or refund — it simply ends.
